Toronto alt-rock outfit Sloan are reportedly planning to release a 20th anniversary vinyl box set of their 1996 album, One Chord to Another, sometime next year, according to Brooklyn Vegan.
The box set will resemble the size and content of the anniversary collection they previously put together for their 1994 album, Twice Removed. You can listen to the original version of One Chord to Another via this link.
Sloan, who released their eleventh album, Commonwealth, in September, will also play the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in April before heading out on a brief U.S. tour this June, which will include a show at Rough Trade in N.Y.C. on June 29. Similarly to last year’s Bowery Ballroom show, the Rough Trade show will be feature a first set where the band will play their recent album in its entirety, and then a second set that spans the remainder of their career.
