TheLoop.ca will feature a variety of mental health-related content in support of Bell Let's Talk Day. In a series of videos, psychiatrist Ariel Dalfen examines the truth about seasonal affective disorder, explains why depression can be contagious, and offers guidance on how to help a friend in need. Contributor Neil Hedley reveals five reasons not to be afraid of talking to a therapist. And resident music writer Patrick Pentland (Sloan), who has experienced mental illness first-hand, shares his advice on how to cope with panic attacks and anxiety.

So I was lucky enough to have Andrew Scott from Sloan come down and play on the whole second half of the album, basically, and a couple of the other songs, too. And my friend Darcy Yates who's in a band called Flash Lightnin' played some bass on it here and there and the Zeus guys did some harmonies, too, because we'd always be overlapping in the studio."
