Legally blind Ottawa photographer wants his work to speak for itself

Just more than a year ago, he launched his own company — CaptiVision Photography — and has already been hired for some big events like last year’s Ottawa Dragon Boat Race Festival, where he was one of the main photographers for Sloan and Raine Maida.
